Detailed description of the invention As shown in the figures, the grinding / milling unit 1 according to the invention is designed so that it is moved over the surface to be machined with a mobile drive unit 2 which also contains equipment required for grinding / felling, such as hydraulic pump, electric generator, computer capacity , sensors, etc. The working and / or felling parts of the assembly according to the invention consist of two motor-driven 3, 4 discs 5, 6, which are arranged at each end of a rigid beam 7. The rigid beam 7 is arranged in a hinge 8 at one end of a cantilever 9, which in turn is suspended vertically pivotably in a hinge of the mobile drive unit 2. At this hinge a hydraulic piston 10 is arranged, with which the cantilever can be lifted resp. pressed against the substrate, as will be discussed in more detail below. At the joint 8 a hydraulic piston 1 1 is also arranged, with which the rigid beam 7 is rotated in relation to the outrigger 9 in horizontal direction. By designing the joint 8 as a ball joint, in addition to the rotatability of the horizontal plane, it is also possible to pivot the rigid beam 7 about a longitudinal axis, denoted by "a" in Fig. 1, which runs through said joint, and also around a transverse axis. , denoted by "b" in Fig. 1, whereby different inclination of the substrate can be automatically taken up by the assembly according to the invention. The motors 3, 4 drive the discs 5, 6 so that they rotate in opposite directions relative to each other so that the resulting lateral forces take each other out. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, each disc 5, 6 has fastening means for tool carriers in the form of disc-shaped elements 12 with a narrower fastening end 12a and a wider working end 12b. In this case, each tool carrier 12 is preferably fastened with bolts, to such an extent that nothing protrudes on the undersides of the discs. Arranged on the tool carriers are means 13 for attaching machining tools and felling tools, respectively. According to a further development, the tool carriers have fastening means on both sides, and can thereby carry the same or different tools on their respective sides. The two discs with tool carriers arranged thereon can either be arranged so that there is a space between the sweep lines for the outermost parts of the tool carriers or so that the tool carriers on the respective discs overlap each other slightly and that the discs are attached so that a tool carrier on a disc ends in a spacing between two tool carriers on the second disc. In order to achieve a simpler and thus more economical construction and also a higher safety, it is preferable to arrange the discs so that there is a certain distance during the rotation. By tilting the rigid beam 7 in relation to the outrigger 9, it is possible to get the machined resp. felled surfaces to adjoin each other or to overlap. As can be seen from the view in Fig. 2, where the unit is seen from below, the width of the working surface can be considerably reduced by an inclination of the rigid beam with the machining resp. logging means. By arranging the rigid beam parallel to the outrigger, the working width is minimized, which is particularly favorable when obstacles occur on the surface to be machined resp. harvested and / or when said surface is irregular.
